Return Policy

Any product with a quality defect can be returned for a full refund of the original purchase amount. Please view our return policy for more information. Defective items need to be reported within 10 days of receipt of goods, preferably along with images. All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.

Before you return a Moemie item, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handmade by traditional tailors in Indonesia, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other. Let’s not think of a difference in color, irregular weave, or print or a stitch as a defect. Handmade by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it causes to uniformity.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we are happy to help you.

Please read below our return and exchange policies:

Products that are eligible for Return can be reported within 10 days of receiving the merchandise and in following conditions:

    ·Items should be returned unused.

    ·All tags should still be attached.

    ·Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted.

Eligible products for Return:

    ·Genuine quality issues of the product. By genuine we mean bad workmanship or defective materials only.

    ·In case the product shipped is not as per order.

No exchange or refund will be given in the following cases:

    ·Minor design variation. Due to the fact that the products are handmade, there will always be some variation between products.

    ·Color variation from what you see on the computer and actual product. We have made every effort to display colors as accurately as possible. However, as screens vary, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be completely accurate.

    ·Incorrect or outdated delivery address including any form of a PO Box address.

    ·After failed delivery attempts by the courier.

    ·Package refused by recipient.

    ·Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Refunds will be done only in the following cases:

    ·Packages lost in transit.

    ·In case the product shipped is the wrong item or not as per order.

    ·In case a replacement item is not available

Note: exchange and Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment.

Damaged Products: Lost or damaged packages will be covered through the designated carrier service independently with a built-in insurance. In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives damaged, you should e-mail us a photo of the damaged product at info@moemie.com. This should be done within 24 hours of receiving your order. The Moemie team will notify the carrier service accordingly.
